There are many ways of funding your care. We will help you navigate your way around the care system to establish and help you to gain the support you need, whether you are a family carer, friend or a person with care needs.
Funding your care in a variety of ways
Continuing Health Care Funding, Social Care Funding, a Personal Budget or a Personal Health Budget, or independently through your own finances. Please contact us for more information if you wish to discuss this.
We will organise a support package to help you care for your loved one at home. This can cover, domestic help, personal care, complex care, help with managing to get out and about, help with attending events or functions. Our services are provided 24 hours daily with access to emergency support.
Our care and support can be funded by the local authority, you have a say in who you have supported you in your own home. Please contact Ideal for All for more information or contact our care office.

End of Life Care: Connective Palliative Care
The team can be contacted via the Connected Palliative Care Hub on 0121 507 3611, between 8 am – 8 pm. Out of these hours, for urgent telephone advice, they can be contacted via SWBH switchboard on 0121 507 1831, by healthcare professionals.

Accessing Our Care Services
Our services can be accessed in a variety of ways. We are able to advise you if you are self-funding or eligible for statutory funding to cover the costs of your care. Please do not hesitate to contact us for advice if you are in need of a support care package for your family member. Our care is person-centred and can be provided to people of all ages, disabilities and health conditions.
If you are in receipt of a personal budget or direct payments, we are happy to help arrange the best possible care package for your needs, so please contact us on 0121 553 6483 to speak to your Area Coordinator.
We are also able to provide health care support for people living at home with chronic health or palliative care needs, funded by the Local Authority. The referral pathway is usually via Hospital Discharge Teams, Community staff and Health Professionals.
