Field Care Supervisor x 2

We currently have vacancies for 2 x Temporary (6 months) Field Care Supervisors.

The successful applicants will work with the Care Manager and Deputy Care Manager to take up packages of care, and support with the implementation of these. They will manage their own staff team to deliver services within a defined localised area, to service users and family carers.

The role is 37 hours (flexible rota, to meet the needs of service users and family carers), with 27 hours to deliver hands on care and 10 hours management time.

We’re looking for people who hold an NVQ Level 3 in Care Diploma or equivalent qualification, hold a level 3 Risk Assessment Qualification (or are prepared to work towards this within your own personal development plan) and have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.

We offer an excellent employment package which includes paid travel time, paid mileage and 28 days annual leave pro-rata. Uniform, PPE and smart phone supplied.

Full induction training is provided to successful applicants, including all mandatory training on commencement of employment, plus ongoing in-house accredited training.

Care Support Worker – Stourbridge, Norton, Wolescote and Wollaston

We currently have opportunities available to become part of our Care Support team. We have vacancies for full and part-time Care Support Workers in Stourbridge, Norton, Wolescote and Wollaston.

If you have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and are able to work early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, we can offer fixed contracts of either 16, 28 or 37 hours per week.

We offer an excellent employment package which includes good hourly rates of pay (£8.72 – £14.90 per hour), paid travel time, paid mileage and 28 days annual leave pro-rata. Uniform, PPE and smart phone supplied.

Full induction training is provided to successful applicants, including all mandatory training on commencement of employment, plus ongoing in-house accredited training.
