• An equivalent qualification to GCSE.
• Prepared to undertake training in NVQ II in Care
• Must hold a valid driving licence.

• NVQ II, NVQ III in Care

Previous Experience

• In Community Care
• Or Residential Care setting

• Held a position of managing a team

• To have good written and verbal skills, essential to being a good communicator.

• To be aware of promoting independence.

• To understanding Health and Safety in the workplace.
• To be proactive.
• To be able to drive and have access to a car.
• To be able to work well within a team.

• Previous experience of working in a similar role.

To be flexible to be able to work a rota pattern, in order to cover unsocial hours of work.
