Qualifications Education Training	Educated to GCSE. An equivalent qualification to GCSE. Prepared to undertake training in NVQ II in Care Must hold a valid driving licence.	NVQ II, NVQ III in Care
Previous Experience	Have had caring experience with family or otherwise. In Community Care Or Residential Care setting	Previously worked in the community as CSW.
Skills and Abilities	To have good written and verbal skills, essential to being a good communicator. To be aware of promoting independence. To understanding Health and Safety in the workplace. To be proactive. To be able to drive and have access to a car. To be able to work well within a team.	Previous experience of working in a similar role.
Other Factors	To be flexible to be able to work a rota pattern, in order to cover unsocial hours of work.
